I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the dually authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above.

In consideration of the acceptance of the entry , I (we) agree to abide by the rules & regulations of MB in effect at the time of the show & by any additional rules & regulations appearing in the rules sections of this site and further agree to be bound by the "agreement" printed below..

By acceptance of this agreement I (we) understand that I (we) are giving up waiving or releasing any right that I (we) have to sue or to make any claim that which we might have , or which might subsequently arise to or occur against the MB its directors, executives & volunteers & show site for any lost of stolen items & and any injuries or death including legal fee's which I (we) or my dogs or dog might sustained while showing, handing or spectator at all 3 days of the Event.

I (we) certify & represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to person or other dogs . This entry is submitted for acceptance under forgoing representation & agreement that has been read carefully & clearly represents my intent.

Acceptance of this agreement must be checked for this entry to be accepted .

I agree that MB has the right to refuse this entry to refuse this entry for cause, which the club shall deem to be sufficient.

I agree that I have read the MB Rules and understand if any rule is broken , future entry will be denied.

WE ARE ADDING a PRIVACY CLAUSE to prohibit the disclosure of show information to BANNED people .
